The greatest battle that many of us face is not “doing” the will of God but “how” we do the will of God. Our tendency is to determine what we think God wants and charge off in perceived obedience only to discover that we just messed everything up. We will look at the story of how Moses encountered God, changed his ways, and watched God use him to accomplish the very thing he had failed to do by himself.
“By faith he left Egypt, not being afraid of the anger of the king, for he endured as seeing him who is invisible. By faith he kept the Passover and sprinkled the blood, so that the Destroyer of the firstborn might not touch them. By faith the people crossed the Red Sea as on dry land, but the Egyptians, when they attempted to do the same, were drowned.” - Hebrews 11: 27-29 ESV
